We guarantee all puppies to be healthy when they leave our home. The puppy will be examined by a licensed veterinarian at the time it had the immunizations enumerated and your puppy will not be sold unless found to be in good health. You will receive this health record.
If a health problem develops within 72 hours, you must immediately contact us regarding the problem. We will not be responsible for veterinary costs which have not been approved prior to treatment. Any puppy which dies due to a genetic defect within 24 months after purchase will be replaced free of charge (except shipping and a health certificate). A replacement puppy will only be offered if a life-threatening hereditary or congenital disease is confirmed by your vet and the necessary test has been run and provided to us. All tests shall be at the owner’s expense.
You are responsible for having your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy for the guarantee to be valid.
